Last week concluded the five conventions in four states in six weeks for me. It was a new level of convention geek insanity – one that was both amazing and exhausting. Working on the road so much, though, makes for a lot of sitting: sitting in cars, on planes, etc. Operating this way can be a bit lethargic. It doesn’t help that eating healthy on the road isn’t exactly an easy prospect.

The good news is that, upon returning from Dragon Con, I’ve been tightening up on my active life. I’ve been running, doing yard work, and being active. In addition, I’ve shifted back to my “at home” diet which includes a lot of smoothies and salads.
