The Museum of Science and Industry, if you’re into museums and/or science. The Orlando Science Center looks like a fifth-grade science fair project in comparison.

You must try Chicago-style pizza, of course. Now, I hated it… but you have to at least try. This is the place I went to… I can’t recommend it (Pizza should not taste like coal, imo, sorry) but if you want to try it, I was assured it was THE place to go.

The other place I WILL recommend is Gene and Georgetti’s. “Legends like Frank Sinatra, Bob Hope, & Lucille Ball as well as modern day celebrities like Russell Crowe, Keanu Reeves, Vince Vaughn, and Will Ferrell, along with international, national, and local politicians, have helped make Gene & Georgetti a classic old-time Chicago place to dine. The restaurant proudly boasts a legion of regular customers, some going back more than 50 years.”

And lastly, go see a Broadway show. I think Peter Pan will still be running, but check what’s there that suits your tastes. Wicked has been and gone, sadly. I wish I’d seen it while I was there.

Finally, I’ll email you privately something else you’ll want to do in Chicago.
